Kasta Morrely Association organized the European training
"Equal Chanches for Labour Market"
funded by European Union through Erasmus+ Programmme


The training took place in Iasi, Romania between 10-18 November 2015 with participants from 8 partner states: Bulgaria, Italia, Letonia, Grecia, Polonia, Portugalia, Romania, Macedonia.
Examples of topics addressed: equality of chances, social cohesion, youth with fewer opportunities, labour market integration and European policies, development of competences, organization management, organization strategy development, non formal education, dissemination methods etc.

Examples of non-formal education methods used: analyzes, presentations, interactive training sessions, exchange of good practices, portfolios, application of inclusive non-formal toolsto the pilot target groups from Iasi, workshops, brainstorming, debates, self analysis.
During the project was developed a Guideline with non-formal tools dedicated to facilitating the integration of young people into the labour market, equal opportunities and social inclusion through employment;
