Kasta Morrely Association organized from
February to October 2012 the European project
Volunteering versus Unemployment

funded with support from European Commission through the Youth in Action Programme.

The main activity of the project was the European training “Volunteering versus Unemployment” held in Iasi - Romania between 10 to 19 March 2012.
The European training addressed as applicative theme of vocational training the importance of volunteering in tackling youth unemployment and was attended by 25 representatives of Kasta Morrely partners from
13 European countries: Albania, Azerbaijan, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Macedonia, Moldova, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Spain, Turkey and Romania.

The training activities were implemented with verified non-formal methods through which participants were actively involved in awareness of applicative ways of combating unemployment using the expectation horizons that are opened by the involvement in volunteering activities.
The project was prepared and coordinated by a
team of Kasta Morrey multi qualified trainers: human resources inspectors, project managers, psychologists, auditors in the field of quality, evaluators of professional competences, masters of ceremonies, event organizers, social-educative animator with experience and achievements internationally recognized.
At the end of the training
Kasta Morrely offered to the European participants YOUTHPASS certificates generated by the European Commission which recognize at European level knowledge and skills acquired in the training sessions of the European project “Volunteering versus Unemployment”.
