Kasta Morrely Organization developed during

funded by the European Union

The project developed an innovative and creative approach to attract young people with fewer opportunities, for involvement in cultural activities to contribute to their development and social inclusion.
The central activity was an international training that took place between 3-12 December 2014 in Iasi-Romania with particiaption of yout leaders and workers from Albania, Armenia, Croatia, Greece, Italiy, Macedonia, Portugali, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine.

The training activities based on methods of non-formal education, study visits and training session with experts, to provide to the participants a learning process based on practical skills development, exchange of experience and good practices.
Among topics addressed we exemplify: youth wih fewer opportunities, cultural diversity, strategic planning, organizational management, cultural, social and linguistic differences in the European area, competences development, Erasmus+ Programme.
